Do you wait until closing to be paid?
No. We require a 50% deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Waiting until closing would require placing a lien on the property and can create uncertainty if the home does not sell. Financing options are available.
Is full payment required upfront?
No. A 50% deposit is required to start, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Change orders
under 10% are added to the final balance. Change orders over 10% require a 50% deposit.
Is there a minimum project cost?
No. All services are offered a la carte, so you can choose only what you need.

How quickly do you complete projects?
Most projects are completed within 14 days or less once approved and funded.
How large is your crew?
Crew size varies based on project scope using experienced subcontractors.
Special Situations
How do you handle hoarding situations?
Projects are evaluated case-by-case. Clutter-only projects may proceed. Infestations require a site visit.
The individual responsible must not be present during cleanout.
